What will the cars computer do if the stock radio is removed. The stock radio has a GM lan connection, and a ON-STAR connection. The ON-STAR has three wires: Mute, Audio+ and Audio-. The GM lan shows 2 wires.

You will create numerous trouble codes within the vehicle's modules. The chimes won't work nor the Onstar system. I don't know if anyone has a data module available yet to replace the radio. You could always relocate the radio and hook up another speaker for the chimes and the Onstar audio to work.
