I am attempting to install a GM power window, power door lock ,crossbody harness from a 97-98 ext cab chevy pick up into a 98 ext cab chevy truck that came stock without it. I have the factory switches, actuators, door panels etc.On testing with a 12 volt battery hooked up, the power windows work fine, but the door locks dont. The passenger side actuator works from the master switch, but only one direction from the passenger switch itself and moves slow.I can only get one side of the door locks to work at a time ie right or left. I hope that it would work once installed in the truck but i really want to be sure before pulling the dash down. Also this harness had something cut out when i got it . I believe it was a relay,so i got the factory one with wire colors orange, lt blue ,gray, black, white, tan, but im not sure if it should be used. Any help on getting these locks to work is greatly appreciated. Thanks Bob

You have a 5 wire system on the two door models of the 1997-98 truck. Did you hook them up that way when you did the transplant ?
