Anyone have wiring info. for a 04 GMC Sierra.I've looked but didn't find helpful info.  I want to add an amp. to the factory H/U and i want to find out which is the remote wire for the amp. I also have a question, will the OnStar be affected?

This vehicle does not have a remote turn on or a Ign turn on wire it is all controlled from the data link, In order for all the factory functions (CHimes/Warning Tones) & the On Star to work you will need to use Wiring harness . A bunch of different companies supply them, Make sure the one you get retains the on star & the Datalink chimes. Also the harness will be different if you have the factory BOSE system, I would check out PAC for the harness required.
