I cannot source the stereo color codes, I have a mulitimeter I donot understand so I give you the wire colors which protrude from THAT space...

WHITE/ blue stripe, WHITE/ red stripe, Grey/blue stripe, Grey/red stripe, Yellow/blue stripe, Yellow/red stripe, BLACK/ red stripe, GREEN / WHITEstripe, 2x WHITE/ green stripe, 2x Blue/white stripe, 2x BLACK/ blue stripe

Suggestions appreciated as my patience has run amuck

89.....hmmm. in the states what would that be?

We didn't have an 89 Lancer.
