On something that old you have nothing to lose by hitting them with a test light!

personally, I would run new wires just because of the age.

constant- orange

switched- yellow

ground- black

left front -tan/gray +/-

right front - ligth GREEN/ dark green +/-

left rear- BROWN / yellow +/-

right rear - dark blue/ light blue +/-
