I have a 2001 Pontiac Grand Am. I am having problems with the trunk openning on its own. I have looked at the switch on the door and the one at the trunk, without any luck. I need the wiring diagram from the door switch back to the relay and back to the trunk to try and find out where I am getting and sending power. For some reason I think that I am ground the trunk latch in the harness and causing the trunk to open. Or, I have a computer related problem causing this issue. Thanx for any help that you guys can give me.

Start troubleshooting at the switch and remove the switch out of the loop. If the problem persists, then it's either a wire issue or a computer issue.
