I need info to install a remote start in the jeep. wiring diagram and bypass for the encoded key. Any help would be appreciated.

Try this link they have the bypass you'll want, it will handle igntion bypass and locks. Makes life easy. This link will work for diagrams, they are bad but make sure you verify meter before connecting. If you have any questions post'em up...
