i have a 1993 jeep grand cherokee with the infinity factory head unit which is producing no sound, hooked up a after-market radio and only very little sound at high volume i am woundering if there is a factory amp, it was not under any of the seats any suggestions?

if it's the infinity system, it will have 1 amp, or multiple amps........generally the grand cherokee will have an amp under the drivers side rear seat.......if not, then each speaker has it's own amp....which is what i think that year has
