im hooking up an alarm on a mazda protege and the lock and unlock wires from the alarm need to have resistors on them since its a single wire system if my alarm has neg outputs to lock and unlock do i need relays or can i just put a 4.7k or 1.5 k resistor 1 on lock wire and 1 on unlock wire will this work or will the system go crazy? thanks in advance for your help

This is a one wire system, must use relays. Lock requires negative trigger through a 1.5K resistor, Unlock requires a negative trigger to the same wire
