several people have pointed me to the GREEN/ black wire behind the instrument cluster, on the rightmost plug there are two identical GREEN/ black wires, can someone pls elaborate?

 VSS WIRE GREEN/ black Pin-24 on ECM behind glovebox  

Also found @ pin A13, behind the instument cluster.....
