Just need info on the wiring diagram of an 1981 Mercury Grand Marquis cant seem to find it anywhere, thanks.

The wiring is probably the same as a Crown Victoria or LTD. Have a peek at the LTD info here and compare to the wiring in your Grand Marquis and verify with your meter. Either way, it should be very easy to figure out on that year model.
