need help locating door locks wiring for 96 lexus Ls400

  Try these location and test your wires

      POWER LOCK|GREEN/ red           |-  |at ECU in pass door         |
|     POWER UNLOCK|GREEN/ black         |-  |at ECU in pass door

You should also be able to find a GREEN/ YELLOW for lock and green for unlock.  These wires will show ground when you lock or unlock the door with the key only.  The wires can be found in the harness coming from the drivers door or behind the right side of the instrument panel. (wireless door lock control ECU unit)
