when the remote start tries to start the car, the factory system interrupts this process. i inserted the key into the ignition and when doing so the remote start will start the car... i looked online and there is mention of a GREEN/ purple wire in the drivers kick panel, but i searched for 3 hours and found nothing. I found a plug with 4 wires in it near the steering column and when unplugged the car will not start even with the key. Not sure what to do with those though.

i am starting to think that no one knows the answer... there has to be a way to beat the factory alarm..

Did you use some kind of immobilizer bypass module? My info says the vehicle has PATS.

Mike- i am not familiar with pats or anything like that... I was an mecp certified installer in the mid 90's and have not really messed with this stuff since maybe 96... do you know where i can pick up an immobilizer module?

https://www.12voltshop.com/product.aspx?prodid=PKF1&categoryid=1314&parentcatid=13&id=COMPCHART, or just GOOGLE transponder bypass, and a whole bunch of stuff will pop up. You can also check with local shops, but it'll probably cost you more to get the part.
