Hi, found this site looking for Caddy CTS info. I did a search, and did not find anything reflecting this on the site, and searched the database on cars.

I have a set of seats out of a 2003 Caddy CTS, that I plan to install into a street rod. Unfortunately I've not been able to work out the wiring on it. I've gotten the passenger seat to actually move, but not the driver's seat. It looks like the main power line on the passenger seat goes straight to the motors, but on the driver seat the main power line goes into a lime green box (Caddy part number 25739645), and from there it is distributed out. There is also a black box, pn 25654589, with wiring on it. These boxes are not on the passenger seat.

The seats are 8 way power with memory and surface heaters. I need the seats to move, would like to have the seat heaters operational if possible, and do not care about the memory function. If anyone can assist, I'd greatly appreciate it as my local Caddy dealer isn't too interested in helping out with the seat problem since I don't have the rest of the CTS the seats came out of. Some people just aren't car people! Heh heh...

Anyway, here's a list of the wiring on both seats. What I need to know is what wire needs to go where, and what needs to be done to bypass if the driver seat requires some sort of body module to operate. The airbags have already been removed so no danger of setting them off. I'm starting to get desperate on this, as the seats are due to be installed (have to get some welding done) around the end of April. Thanks.
