Can anyone help me!!!! I am wondering if there are any adapters that will allow me to put an aftermarket radio/navigation system in my 2005 Ford F150 Crew cab. I would like to keep the buttons on the wheel functional, for basic controls(volume, track, etc.) Any info would be greatly appreciated.

There are head unit/brand specific interface controllers out there and also a unversal one as well. Do you know what HU you are wanting to use ? The universal one is a PAC SWI-X
