my truck's parking lights will not go off, no matter what.  I've disconnected the switch, that's not it.  The wire for the parking lights is BLACK / YELLOW.  If anyone has any ideas, please help.

Did you have any work done to the truck??. Did you installed in the alarm or  remote start??

Is up to the installer to test all wires with a DMM whenever possible.

It could be shorted out almost anywhere.   I don't think there is a relay so you will have to look for a short.  Check in your trailer plug if you have one in case there is something there shorting the live to the park lights.  You could also try pulling the fuses one by one to see what is shorted out to the tail light wire.  That might lead you somewhere.
