Anyone know the color coding of the 5 wires on the brake light switch ? Also, is there a wire in the lighting harness that runs to the rear for trailer brakes? Thanks..

If you are looking for a brake signal most fords use light green. There is also a chmsl wire on the drivers side frame under the drivers front door right above the plastic piece on the frame. As far as the wire for the trailer brakes goes the truck should have one. If the truck has the factory 7way trailer wiring then the wire is already ran to the plug and all that you would need would be a brake controller. If it does not have the factory 7 way then you will be looking for a 12guage wire, I think that it is blue but I cant remember. I hope this helps.
