installing a alpine radio in 2001 escape with factory amp..can not find the right wiring harness..any recomendations..2 plugs in dash on says one says amp on it but can not find a harness for both plugs

According to this https://www.the12volt.com/installbay/appguide/2001/Ford/Escape.html It calls for a Metra 70-5516
