I am in the process of installing the new JVC nav unit and I can not find the VSS wire to connect to the unit. From what I have read it should be dark green and white. The only green and white wire I found gave me a constant speed of 5mph even when I was parked. Any help on locating the proper wire would be greatly appreciated.

The wire is easiest to get to at the connector plug beside the driver's side shock tower. It is the large connector between the air filter box and the firewall. The VSS wire is the dark GREEN / WHITE near the front driver's side corner of the plug. The wire is only on the bottom side of the plug and stops there. It does not come through the top of the plug.
