im installing a avic n3 unit on a 2001 gmc yukon i would like to know how to retain the steering wheel volume control as well as the control in the back seat (in the back of the center console) also where i can find the vss wire, does this vehicle have the vss i the radio harness if so the color

You need a SWI-PS from PAC to make the steering wheel controls to work. VSS is on the back of the cluster, GREEN / WHITE.

also your going to want to heat up your shifter and bend it toward the drivers side. Otherwise everytime it flips its going to hit it.
