I have a avic n1 head unit which the the plug in connector broke on the headunit. is there any way to fix this. i thought about soildering it but i cant get to the back piece of the unit and they are very small. what do you think i can do to fix this.

As you already stated, those connections are too small to solder.  Well of course unless you are a soldering Jedi.  A soldering Ninja is nowhere near capable enough to pull that off.

lol you should be able to buy yourself a replacement harness from pioneer

His harness is fine, the plug that is soldered to the circuit board has broke off of the board.
