I just got the Alpine iva-d106 in the mail today along with the PAC tr-7 and i installed the receiver along with the tr-7 the way the tr-7 directions showed to bypass the video and it didn't seem to work correctly. can somebody give me some suggestions as to what I'm doing wrong?

i have the iva-d900 and i installed the pac tr-7 and it works fine. did you pulse the ground wire 3 times and turn the switch to off on the pac tr-7 after? this part kind of confused me on my install

No i didnt. that could be my problem. i thought the tr-7 was pre-programmed for the alpine bypass. ill give that a try and see what happens. thanks for the advice.
