How do I release the headrest monitors on the front seats of a 99 suburban. They will not just pull out. I don't what to do any thing wrong and mess them up. Any replies will be great. Thanks

more info:

i am installing 5.4 inch monitors in each high back, leather bucket headrest. but can't get them off the seats. they only go up so far and will not release.

some vehicles you have to stick a small straight pick tool into a hole on one of the bases that the headrest sticks into.
