Hello i was wondering if anyone knew where, besides ebay because they don't have one, i would be able to find the wire harness. Or is it possible to just get any 16 pin harness that fits into the back of the xdvd8281 and just connect the wires as the instructions tell me? thanks any help is greatly appreciated

nope, don't just get any harness that fits and use that!!!!.....chances are that if it does fit, the wires won't be in the correct pins!

Try going to a best buy and see if they have an extra just lying around!! those decks do have a tendency of failing so there's left over harnesses from doing radio swaps! they won't have one to sell you through the actual register, but if you ask the installer you can probably get one for about 20 bucks cash!!

You can also order parts through Best Buy's Website.

To manually get there, go to the Best buy website, scroll down about 3/4's of the page and look under "Product Support" There you will see "Order Parts"
