Near the pivot point of the lever or pedal.

lt/blue, drivers kick panel in the big connector, there's two of the same colour, it's the bigger of the two, you can also get brake (white) and parklight(brown) in the same connector.

Iif you need it for a video head unit, then off the record you can just ground that wire to any ground, that way you can play the dvd while you are driving (I do not recommend watching it while you drive, but this way your passenger can)
