07 Silverado Crew Cab Non-Bose stereo system

Installation: Avic-D3

i have my avic-d3 unit, gmos-lan-01 module, and my dash install kit...is there anything else i need to do the install?

Anything special i need to know before i dive into this install.

i have done many installs on tons of other vehicles and such...just never done anything with an ON-STAR system.

thanks for your help guys

should be a straight forward install, make sure you have the metra gm-10 antenna adapter too, if you want to get any am/fm radio.

EDIT: i just looked up the Gm-10 on crutchfields site and it says it does not work for my truck...they sent me this one https://www.crutchfield.com/App/Product/Item/Main.aspx?g=119400&i=12040CR10&tp=2569

Non classic 2007 trucks use a Chrysler antenna adaptor, not GM. If you have steering wheel controls you can connect them with the proper SWI module...
