Has anyone had any experience with Audiovox's mobile video systems?  I am thinking of installing their MVP301V in my 2000 GrandCaravan and would appreciate any opinions or advice on the Audiovox and/or the installation.  My Caravan does not have rear a/c. Thanks in advance.

Shouldn't have any problems with this vehicle.  I'd recommend getting the custom console for your vehicle, though.  Makes the install look MUCH better, usually you'll retain the factory look of the vehicle.  If the 2001 and the 2000 caravans have the same roof/overhead console structure, which I'm almost positive they do, then you're gonna need something like this in addition to the MVP301V package.  Or the 1187000PL would probably work too, I think they're the same thing just different colors.

Usually the installation instructions that come with audiovox units are enough to help most people with a lil electronic experience out with the install.  When you get the custom overhead consoles, the instructions with those will help you even more, because they often include vehicle-specific instructions for certain parts of the installtion.  Key thing is to take your time!  Set aside a weekend for the install, and good luck!  I know there's gotta be some sites online that have walkthroughs, but these usually are just general help guides and I think the instructions that come with the unit will help you more.
