I think I read on here that someone had done a custom install of a PS2 built into their dash. Does anyone know if this was/has been done?

I hear that it’s a lot of trial and error. I remember reading about this install I think it took them 4 ps2's to get it right. I plan on trying this on my next personal install. But if anyone out there has any first hand experience or tips please let us know

Heres hows its done. In my itnegra I cremel tooled out the top of the dash and exposed the AC ducts. Then i isntalled a 7.5 inch lcd screen on motors so that it slips back into my dash and the viyl slips down over it so you cant see it unless you turn the car on. (that way noone tries to steal it while you cars park) next lead you AV wires down the ac ducts and itll cross right over top of the foot wells and the space between the driver and passenger oor wells is jsut enough so put a moutnign brakcet for the ps2 in so the wirews drop down over the ps2 and its jsut plug and play. The part that was hardest was covnertign the 120 volt ps2  into 12v car power. I also had to use the speakers that came with the screen (they suck) Ims ure with a little more imagination than I have you could tap your ps2 into the car audio, but lighting is my storng point not audio so i didnt know how to slice into it. ANyn suggestions for that though would be really nice. ANy questions email me
