Does anyone know about those meters they install in cars of people who have bad credit? I wanted to know a brand and maybe a wiring diagram for one of those meters. I am thinking it may be similar to one of those in car breathilizer units.

The units we install are called past-time. When your car won't start, you know it is past time to pay your bill.
