A customer wants me to install a flip down unit in this vehicle but it has the rear air option and the dome light sits atop a "hump" that (I quess) is where the rear ac ducts run. Has anyone had any experince with this vehicle in this situation and how did you resolve it. The customer does not want to mount the screen in another place on the headliner. Thanks in advance for the info. Brian

What about going with head rest mount screens?
they are not too bad to do in a Yukon. Can be a bit of a struggle to get the lip undone at the bottom of the seat covers though.

Well I told him about that but he really didnt want to cut the headrest and really didnt want to buy two screens. Another choice would be to put it in the console facing the rear seats. I know Crutchfield gives this mount away when you buy a screen from them but I dont know where I can but one straight out. Brian

Audiovox overhead console will work the best. It will let you put up to a 6.5 screen in. part #1181290
