I have a Kenwood KVT911DVD, and I would like to know if there is anything that I can buy that will increase the antenna reception.

In general reception in a vehicle just plain sucks. What I would suggest is to play around with the antennas. Make sure that they are mounted to either the back window or on the side windows of a suv. Also, as with any other type of signal carrying wire, try to keep them as far away as possible of any type of high current carrying power wire(amplifier, rear ac control,etc...).
