was wondering if anyone knows if a double din tv would fit in a 2009 avalanche. in particular a clarion vx709. if anyone can let me know would really appreciate it.

Yes it will fit but you still need a DBL DIN installation kit ( Scosche 1598 ) to make it fit nicely.
