I got a kenwood kvt-911dvd from a friend and it worked great. Then the screen didnt wanna come out. So i took it apart and manually pulled the screen out. It worked and I was jus gonna perminately have the screen out. Then the ribbon came out that connects the screen to the deck. I put the ribbon back in but noticed it was in wrong, after I tried to power it. Now the deck wont even light up. The fuses aren't blown but im affraid the deck is bad now. What should I look for? Could the hideaway brain be bad? any advice?

Send it in for repairs. Unless you have a cirbuit board diagram, your in the dark.
