i got the pioneer avh-p4000dvd and when i try 2 watch a dvd on the unit it shows a blank screen, i hear the audio but when i touch the screen it just got the pioneer dvd options and the dvd details on the screen at the top, any suggestions. also i have the parking brake wire installed correctly because when i pull up the e-brake the warning goes away

you'd better to go to the store ask the vendor what's wrong.

i found the problem, i didnt hook up the 2nd ground on the plug
