Speed sensor noise
I have an Alpine VPA-B222 hub (head unit) connected to an Alpine NVE-872A DVD navigation unit. There is no noise in the system except for the clicking of the speed sensor. I know it is the speed sensor because it goes away when the SS is disconnected. Has anyone else had this problem? I have tried running the SS wire through a completely different path, even tried different wire, with no improvement. I know I can use the nav without the SS input but I would prefer to have the accuracy that comes with it. Thanks in advance for your input.
