Hey guys, I'm pretty much done doing this install, the one thing I still need to hook up is the rear camera trigger which is the rear back up light wire. Does any one know where I can find a wiring diagram for the 2006 Sonata GLS that will show me the location and color coding of the wire under the dash? I can not find this particular wiring diagram anywhere.

Look at the wire color going into the reverse lamp itself.  It should be the same color in the fromt of the vehicle.  Of course use a volt meter to verify that it goes positive when the reverse lamp comes on.

Thanks for that.. I figured it out before you posted it but its great info.. Perhaps someone can help me out with one more issue. This particular unit is built for a Sonata and has the capability for the stock steering wheel controls to be utilized. However, no wiring diagrams mention which of the wires to the stereo are for the steering wheel control. The NAVI unit only has one wired dedicated for steering wheel audio corntrols. Does any one know which wires or wires are the steering wheel controls on the stock harness?
