Going to connect a backup camera to a Clarion VRX785 unit in a 2002 Silverado. The Clarion installation manual does not specify if the reverse wire connection to the unit needs a +12 volt or ground signal? Also, any suggestions on best place to get the reverse signal on this vehicle?

It will be a positive connection, light green in harness to rear.
