price quote/full system recommendation

So I'm looking to outfit a 06 G35X with the Factory Bose system and trying to gauge what it would cost so I have an idea before going to an installer.

Looking to install:

In dash Navigation (Kenwood DNX5140 or similar)
BA components (speakers, tweeters, crossovers)
Rears (unsure what to go with)
Subwoofer (was thinking an easily hidden 8 or 10, something that packs some power but don't need the whole block to hear me)
Amp (unsure if I should go with 2 to power the speakers and a separate for the amp or if I should get 1 and just not have an very powerful woofer)

My music listening varies from Rock/Rap to Classical/Jazz so I'm looking for a system that can be very clear for the vocals but still pack the mids and lows.

Kind of a side topic but I was also wondering if it would be possible to install a remote start on a car with an intelligent key. I've heard that Fortin makes a good interface for something like this. Just unsure if it's worth the extra coin.

In all honesty it is going to cost a pretty penny to actually improve your sound quality from the bose setup in there. Also I would recommend bypassing the factory amp and running a 5 channel amp to get the most out of what you are doing. Just depends what your budget is.

Headunit- great unit, just go with that. Only downside is it has only 2v output for the RCAs. I think it retails at $1000+ parts & labor usually is $160 Also you need the specific cable from kenwood to run ipod on that unit, if that is what you were thinking. So the cable is usually around $30 and $20 to install it.

Components - go with pioneer D series or I heard focals are pretty good. $220 for pioneer and $100 to install

Rears- same thing, pioneers only the coax D series version. TS-D1602R $150 + $82 to install and parts.

Amp- I personally would go with a 5 channel and I have not seen a better amp out there than the JL HD900/5. We personally don't sell JL but endorsing them is something to say. You simply can't go cheap on an amp. The cost on this bad boy is $1000 and about $270 for labor and parts.

Sub- 1 10" infinity kappa perfect sub D in a sealed enclosure fit at .6 to .75 cu. ft.

Remote start- yes it is possible.

Sidenotes-

Do you have steering wheel audio controls? If so you might want to factor that in because the new head unit will need an adapter to make that work. $160 including labor.

$50 to bypass the factory amp.

I would personally just call and set up a consolation with an installer of a REPUTABLE shop in your area. They can set you up with what they know is best and what you have for an idea on budget. Like I said though, to get a better sound than stock bose is quite a bit. Ask yourself what you are really missing out of your current system.
