Quick Question.... I was wondering if it would be safe to groung my relay to the same ground as my cigarette lighter? The cigarette lighter along with my dome light and clock  is on a 15 amp fuse, and i wont be connnecting anything to the relay that draws over 15 amps

the factory ground may run near other wires that could cause interference. Although, as long as its not grounding an audio or video source, you should be ok.
