I saw this post earlier, something led me to believe that it was a Chrysler nav unit. It being a Pioneer unit opens up avenues that I may be able to help you with. What is the exact model number of the Pioneer piece?

It is the original REC navigation.  I think it is a pioneer but i might be wrong.  It is factory.  https://www.wkjeeps.com/wk_nav.htm  This link tells all about it.

Alpine makes that unit. It being a Chrysler unit, I have no source for parts.
