You need to find a speed sense wire.  Fuel injector / Tachometer wiring have nothing to do with speed of the vehicle.

The color is PURPLE / white

Its found in a few locations. First it should be in one of the plugs at the back of the factory radio. That would make it really easy. It also can be found at the ECM located behind the glovebox, in the second plug down from the top. Its also found behind the instrument panel, pin 36 of the 40 pin plug that is plugged into the cluster.

yes this is where you would connect your Pink "speed sense" wire coming off the Pioneer unit. The speed sense wire is a direct connection, no module needed.
As far as the rest of the basic wiring, I would only recommend you using a wiring harness. Check your vehicle at Metra Web site for which wiring harness and which dash kit you might need to make your install go smoothly.

Check for 12volt at your red wire, yellow wire, and make sure you have ground at your black wire. For checking you will need a Voltmeter or a Test light. If you have 12volts and ground, the radio should at least turn on. Also, make sure the N1's brain is plugged in securely at both the head unit and brain box.

The wires from the sienna?

posted_image Noooo.... the wires from the Pioneer. The red, yellow and black wires are what turns the radio on. If you have no power at the radio then your radio will not turn on, kinda makes sense right? Are you using a harness like I suggested??? Or, did you splice into the factory wiring??? If you spliced into the factory wiring you may have blown a fuse in the car supplying the power to the radio cavity. There are always 2 fuses in a car that runs the radio. You could have blown one or both. But FIRST, check to see if you have power like I said before.

which wire doesn't have power? The red one or the yellow one?

One fuse is at the drivers side fusebox - fuse #31
the other fuses are at the fuse box under the hood - fuses #11 & 19
Fuse 19 might be for the amplifier since its a 30 amp fuse. If you don't have a factory amp in your car, the fuse might not be there.

All fuses are listed in the Car's handbook, check it out. Also they "might" be listed on the fuse box lids.

They are labeled RAD No 1, RAD No 2, RAD No 3. RAD No. 3 is for the amplifier. RAD No. 1 and RAD No. 2 are for the radio
