I have a Ultra Linear headrest monitor and the cord that connects to the dvd player has 3 female RCA connections and one black connection.

RCA : red , yellow, white

Anyone know how to connect this to the dvd player?

RED: to right channel of audio source

WHITE: to left channel of audio source

YELLOW: to Video source

i have a question my freind gave me a car monitor fm modulator and a powerverter is that all i need to hook it up to my playstation and headunit

You will need a monitor to play the output video signal as well.
