I recently put a soundstream tablet radio in my van and panasonic lcd and two visor lcds. The visor lcds show fine. The panasonic 32" I have mounted in back on a inverter has waves going up and down when I play a dvd through the radio but when I play the xbox on the 32" there are no waves. I have the xbox connected directly to the panasonic lcd. Could it be a ground problem since the lcd is not grounded or just some cheap rca's?

You may try a video amplifier. It may just not be a great powerful output signal.
