I will be installing a AVIC D1 in my 96 Volvo 850R. Could someone point me in the right direction for the VSS vehicle speed sensor connection. I have been told to use the Yellow / Black wire on the radio harness. To the best of my knowledge that is a accessory wire not a vss signal wire.

Input appreciated.

Directechs has no listing for it. Try using your DVM, you can set it for ohms or votlage, then move the car slowly. You should see a pulse every few feet.....
