I currently have a dvd/tv system in my suv,i have a question the fm modulator the sound is running off of is a brand called (xo vision) and i noticed that ever since my video system was installed that i never would pick up clear audio when passengers were trying to watch the tv-tuner,so my question is does the brand of the modulator depend on how the tv audio sounds ? The dvd sounds fine but for some reason when you use the tv-tuner it doesnt really have clear audio.Should i buy a better modulator ?

Using a Tv Tuner in a car is not going to sound all that wonderfull anyway, especially when in motion. You'll get stattic, and some drop-outs. IF it sounds fine with the DVD, more than likely it's just the quality signal you're getting to the tuner.

The best bet is to see how it sounds directly into a source, try using a Cassette adapter, they're cheap (Headphone plug, goes into a tape).
