I am looking for a Brain for a CVA-1005/1006, Does anyone know where I can get one, What the model # is, and how much it would coast ? I have looked at quite a few on E-Bay but I am not totally confident of E-Bay. Does Alpine sell just the brain units ? What would the part number be for the brain ?

Alpine might, keyword "might", sell you one if you can provide proof of purchase and proof of theft or a damaged one.

best bet is ebay. Alpine will not sell just the brain. A friend of mine works for a dealer and he tried with no luck. Just get one from ebay with someone who has alot of feedback
