We have a customer with a 2018 Compass Latitude, we installed a Pioneer 7" carplay nav system, the odometer is flashing, we called Pioneer and indicated there is an issue and they have no release for software update, anybody know of any brand or solution to fix this issue, any advice would help..thank you

When you unplug the new gear from the CANbus, does the flashing stop?
