i am installing a wireless 12 volt camera in my 5th wheel trailer. So I can watch my bike. Distance will be about 50 feet that I want to run rage power. My question is. Will 18 gauge speaker wire work, or do I need bigger wire.

18 gauge is more than adequate as those cameras don't draw much current.
