Okay here's the deal. I just had a IVA-801 multimedia head unit installed in my 98 chevy s-10. I love the head unit but I just got a fix it ticket because my damn brake lights are always on. I have been driving it around like this for a week and a half and didn't know it. Now when my e-brake is applied, the brake lights work fine, but once I take the e-brake off, the brake light are on constantly. Did they install the unit wrong? If so, is it an easy fix?

It sounds like something is either not hooked up correctly or there are some wires piched somewhere. If you had the unit installed somewhere then you should take it back and have them look at it.
