Help!

Just had lcd's installed on brackets onto the headrests and I get horrible feedback from the monitors when I accelerate. Any ideas on how to cut down on the noise?

Thanks in advance!!

SO, you get the whine from the Alternator? Everyone says put a filter on the power line, but I'll tell ya, sometimes you just can't find anything that works. Usually though, the whine is a sign of a bad ground. What kind of feedback do you mean, like when a Microphone gets to close to a speaker? Audio lines can induct noise from any power source, if there is a way to isolate the audio signal, try that. Other noise is from the spark plugs to. I changed to Magnetic Supression Wire when I had my Geo Tracker, and that cut back a lot of the ticking noise from the EMI coming from the plug wires.

Yes, that is exactly it! It is a whining sound, I wasn't sure how to describe it. I will try your suggestion with the magnetic suppression wire. I think it is the alternator because it sounds exactly like the car accelerating. Thanks for your suggestions!
